Covid-19 Update: In these very challenging times we are keen to make sure that you are able to access our services. We are open for business and currently providing all our usual services remotely. We can provide both assessments and therapy via telephone or video-conferencing whichever you would prefer. We are also happy to offer one off sessions to discuss coping with some of the novel stressors the current situation may be causing you.
Therapy is something that can be helpful to us all at different stages of our lives, whether it's dealing with current issues or to help us manage past experiences.
Keeping up with the hectic, fast-paced world that we live in, means that we sometimes fail to attend to our own needs. Investing in who we are as individuals can lead to a more balanced, fulfilling life. Therapy can help us to identify our values, achieve our goals and enable us to become the best versions of ourselves so that we can live a happier life.
Independent Psychology Practice offers a wide range of private therapy services to people of all ages, and we are highly experienced in supporting our clients through various difficulties.
We are based in Glasgow and Anglia, providing easy access to those in Central Scotland and the South East of England. Our flexible approach to delivering clinical expertise means we are able to offer this to you wherever you are.
