We are Qualified Clinical Psychologists registered with the HCPC. We are trained to doctorate level, and are fully qualified to assess and treat individuals’ psychological well being throughout the lifespan, and across a whole host of settings and environments.

I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) – registration number PYL30333
I completed my undergraduate honours degree in Psychology at the University of Glasgow. Thereafter, I achieved a Masters in Forensic Psychology (MSc.) from The University of Surrey. I then completed my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Edinburgh.
I have experience of working therapeutically in a wide range of settings, including NHS Lothian, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, and the Scottish Prison Service. I have expertise in both clinical psychology and forensic psychology, and have worked with people of all ages, dealing with a variety of psychological issues.
I use a range of therapeutic models in my clinical practice, depending on what best suits my individual client. Some of the models I use include CBT, CAT, ACT, MBT and mindfulness based therapy.
I enjoy working with individuals to help them through their personal problems, using a creative approach that tailors each intervention to suit the individual I am working with.
My goal is to reduce psychological distress, and support people on a journey of recovery to help them achieve greater fulfilment in life.

I have worked for the Scottish Prison Service, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, NHS Lanarkshire and The Huntercoumbe Group in Scotland. I have also worked south of the border for the NHS as part of Cheshire and Wirral Partnership Trust. I currently work in private practice in Anglia, where I service the South East of England including but not limited to Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and London.
I work eclectically with the specific needs of my clients at the centre of my practice. Some of the models of therapy that I draw from are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and Mindfulness. As well as being versed in providing intervention for those experiencing psychological difficulties, I have a particular interest in applying aspects of my clinical expertise to enhancing performance, which I am very passionate about and adds an additional dimension to my practice.
